Senior Sales Engineer (ERP)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States; U.S. Persons only due to ITAR regulations)

What you will do

• Deliver compelling and tailored demonstrations of Deacom ERP aligned to customer manufacturing workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, operational processes, and business goals.
• Translate customer requirements into recommended solution approaches and communicate business value.
• Support RFx responses, technical evaluations, solution proposals, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and implementation teams.
• Provide prospect feedback to product management to shape future enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Presales within software or SaaS organizations.
• Experience supporting ERP solutions for batch or process manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud deployment models (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with SQL or reporting and query tools.
