What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models and data mining techniques.
• Build predictive models for customer behavior, demand forecasting, and other business-critical areas.
• Perform advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) on structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data science objectives into actionable projects.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in machine learning.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance (Must have to start).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics (Master's or PhD preferred).
• Proven track record of leading successful data science projects.

Nice to have

• Experience working in SOF (Special Operations Forces) analytical support.
• Experience centrally managing distributed data support teams in SOF organizations.
• Familiarity with SOF digital capabilities and HQ elements.
