Salary: $120,588 – $195,955

What you will do

• Develop and maintain fraud analytic models to detect identity fraud, account takeover, and synthetic identity patterns.
• Analyze enrollment, registration, and investigative data to identify suspicious behaviors across federal partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SecOps teams to improve data infrastructure and operationalize analytics programs at scale.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions to communicate KPIs and fraud trends to stakeholders and leadership.
• Conduct fraud risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation response plans.
• Optimize fraud detection model performance and refine detection logic to maintain effectiveness and minimize false positives.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fraud analytics or program integrity supporting federal programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python to query and analyze large datasets.
• Strong understanding of fraud, waste, abuse, and identity management concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau for building dynamic dashboards.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems and architecture.
• Knowledge of emerging fraud threats introduced by AI and evolving identity verification technologies.
