What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop geographically distributed implementation and support teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Serve as executive sponsor for major OMS onboarding projects, overseeing the lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Establish and enforce globally consistent implementation standards and frameworks for OMS deployments.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level clients and external partners globally.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to provide client insights and inform the OMS product roadmap.
• Drive revenue generation and cost optimization through strategic allocation of global software delivery resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 13 years of progressive experience in financial services, trading environments, or fintech, with a proven track record in OMS onboarding.
• Demonstrated experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple regions at a global scale.
• Deep expertise in LiquidityBook OMS or comparable OMS platforms, including workflow configuration and order routing.
• Advanced understanding of investment technology, trade execution, and data integration.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Experience with Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) such as Advent Geneva, BlackRock Aladdin, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to EMS platforms and knowledge of how OMS and EMS systems interact within a trading technology stack.
