What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of three experienced recruiters through coaching, accountability, and structured performance frameworks.
  • Manage a specialist 360 recruitment desk focusing on interim and permanent placements within FS Operations and Compliance.
  • Drive a commercial strategy to accelerate revenue, expand market penetration, and increase client NPS.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prestigious City of London clients for complex, senior-level hiring needs.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape divisional priorities and influence operational excellence across the Financial Markets business.

Requirements

  • Current experience as a Business Manager, Manager, Managing Consultant, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful team leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence operating in high-demand financial markets.
  • Resilience and leadership presence to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London (Cheapside) office.
