What you will do

• Build and manage a book of business through collaboration with Sales and Clients.
• Develop and lead business cases and account plans for strategic customers.
• Lead consultative selling and road-mapping discussions to identify client needs.
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality, value, and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Legal to create innovative offerings.
• Represent regional market challenges to global leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Consulting Services within the ERP software industry.
• 10+ years of experience establishing and leading professional services.
• Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven expertise in scoping ERP projects and designing client solutions.
• Deep knowledge of ERP products (Oracle, SAP) and databases (SQL, Hana, DB2).
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• LEAN or Six Sigma certification.
• ITIL or COBIT certifications.
• AWS or Azure certifications.
