What you will do
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic accounts, owning escalations and resolving complex integration challenges.
- Lead a team of Technical Account Managers, defining best practices for onboarding and integration delivery.
- Drive high-level discussions with customer leadership regarding technical strategy, risk mitigation, and product trade-offs.
- Partner with developers and senior engineers to provide strategic guidance and support solution design.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to feed customer insights into the platform roadmap.
- Monitor integration progress and ramp-up milestones to ensure high-quality delivery across the regional account base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering, preferably in fintech or payments.
- Proven track record of leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger.
- Proficiency in web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with at least one server-side language: Golang, Python, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with databases and server technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache, or Nginx.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
