What you will do

• Oversee implementation projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Install and configure new servers, deploy software updates, and manage release upgrades.
• Partner with financial institutions and 3rd party IT vendors to convey technical server requirements and configurations.
• Troubleshoot software issues and collaborate with the programming team for production deployment.
• Conduct training sessions and maintain detailed system documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of IT experience in technical troubleshooting or support.
• Technical experience with Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Ability to work after hours and on weekends for server upgrades and replacements.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for implementations, trainings, or meetings.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship (must not require support now or in the future).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in a CIS-related discipline.
• Experience with PowerShell Scripting.
• Experience with hirify.global Core Director application.
• Knowledge of SSL Certificate management.
