What you will do

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic clients focusing on IT solutions and services.
• Analyze and address digital transformation challenges in cybersecurity, cloud adoption, infrastructure, and AI.
• Lead strategic account planning and conduct business reviews to align client expectations with delivery.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, project managers, and technical experts to ensure successful IT project execution.
• Identify and drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the IT service portfolio.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service performance to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services sales within the Luxembourg market.
• Solid understanding of Digital, Testing, Infrastructure Cloud, and Security solutions.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex strategic situations.
