• Operate state-of-the-art direct-to-garment (DTG) printers to produce vibrant, high-quality products.
• Maintain, set up, and ensure the efficient operation of printers and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform rigorous quality checks on all printed items to minimize defects.
• Troubleshoot and solve basic mechanical or software problems during operation.
• Meet and exceed daily production goals set by the team lead.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of technical printing processes.
• Ability to remain on your feet for the majority of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
