What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day reference data screening to ensure prompt and accurate execution.
• Conduct detailed reviews of sanctions alerts arising from transaction and reference data processes.
• Perform complex investigations using internal and third-party research tools to resolve alerts.
• Liaise with business, operations, and technology teams to provide sanctions-related advice.
• Develop and enhance sanctions-related policies and procedures documents across lines of business.
• Deliver sanctions training to employees across the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Sanctions-related experience in the financial services industry or a relevant government agency.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for learning new systems.
• Ability to handle multiple priority projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Salt Lake City office.
