Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary (3+ days/week in office)

What you will do

• Process reimbursement submissions, code card transactions, and manage supporting documentation.
• Manage vendor selection and onboarding administration.
• Assist with month-end close by collecting invoices and verifying documentation.
• Organize bank statements and invoices in Google Drive and Vistra folders according to internal policies.
• Support ad-hoc audit requests and maintain audit-readiness standards.
• Track and resolve open AP-related issues for the local entity.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
• Professional written communication in English.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and spreadsheets.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Hungarian.
