What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 7-8 Cash Management Accountants to deliver quality services to internal customers.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing payment processes for German, Austrian, and Swiss operational units.
• Manage the transition of payment-related processes from European entities to the Hungary Solution Center.
• Drive process optimization initiatives and ensure the regular update of SOP and DTP documentation.
• Define and monitor main KPIs and the delivery model of the Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Manage stakeholder relationships through regular business reviews and collaborate on internal and external audits.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years of experience in AP, Treasury, or any accounting-related function.
• Experience in people management or coordination of teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (strict requirement).
• Knowledge of major ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format in Budapest, Hungary.
