What you will do

• Act as product owner for one or more pods, identifying obstacles and aligning stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Write comprehensive product specifications including target KPIs and competitive analysis for the feature greenlight process.
• Develop hypotheses and strategies to improve target KPIs while balancing player value and business goals.
• Partner with UX and research teams to design and execute data-driven hypothesis testing.
• Guide product innovation by leveraging both new ideas and proven genre practices.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to an inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management for mobile free-to-play (F2P) games, preferably on a live title.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and engagement goals in a live game environment.
• Expertise in driving experimentation through A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to balance technical constraints, business priorities, and user experience.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in cross-platform development across mobile, HD, and PC.
• Deep familiarity with ARPG and/or 4X mobile games.
• Experience working with the Unity game engine.
• Strong analytical and investigative thinking skills.
