What you will do

• Oversee production staff and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor product quality to ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Plan.
• Proactively plan workforce, equipment, and materials for upcoming process orders and shifts.
• Manage inventory and ensure all assigned records, documents, and reports are accurately completed.
• Support seasonal production activities and assume shift supervisor responsibilities when necessary.
• Partner with the management team on capital projects, focused improvement initiatives, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or agriculture fields.
• Strong computer skills for effective analysis and interpretation of data.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, rotating shifts, and overtime, including weekends and holidays during seasonal peaks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, dry).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; VISA sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or two-year technical diploma/degree.
• Supervisory experience across multiple production processes.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent manufacturing operations software.
• Forklift operations experience.
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing operations and projects.
