What you will do

• Lead the Quality Control team through internal and customer system management audits.
• Design and implement best quality practices and QC methods for product development.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage ISO 9001 compliance, quality policies, and validation protocols.
• Oversee incoming material inspections and operate laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) and material validation with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Quality Control environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma and 5S methodologies.
