What you will do

• Manage project integration for acquired wealth management firms, translating investment recommendations into executable implementation plans.
• Coordinate client asset migration from legacy programs into approved platform strategies, models, and solutions.
• Maintain data integrity across investment systems, including Orion, Eclipse, eMoney, and MoneyGuidePro.
• Develop firm and client-level transition plans, including account mapping, strategy assignments, and trading workflows.
• Partner with technology and operations teams to improve system integrations, automation, and advisor workflows.
• Create and maintain dashboards tracking acquisition integration progress and operational service levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, investment operations, portfolio administration, or related financial services.
• Essential experience with Orion and Eclipse.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex assignments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Fidelity, Schwab, or Raymond James.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
• Knowledge of programmatic analysis tools such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
