What you will do

• Manage timelines for Engineered-to-Order (ETO) builds for strategic customers in collaboration with manufacturing and test engineers.
• Coordinate phased material releases using a just-in-time approach to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with product marketing to review customer specifications and tool configurations, identifying gaps at tool kick-off.
• Provide weekly equipment schedule updates to sales, finance, management, and customers.
• Organize customer source inspections and ensure all action items are documented and closed before shipment.
• Facilitate ship readiness reviews and coordinate shipping logistics, including compliance and special requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience coordinating projects from sales order to delivery across multiple functions (hardware, software, materials, quality).
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through influence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, management, and peers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work in St. Paul, MN.

• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
