TL;DR

Product Manager (ServiceNow): Owning the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of a global ServiceNow Managed Services platform with an accent on bridging business strategy and technical execution. Focus on driving enterprise-scale transformation, managing complex stakeholder environments, and delivering seamless customer experiences across a global ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work arrangement).

What you will do

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global ServiceNow Managed Services platform.
  • Engage with global stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements and drive platform adoption.
  • Partner with Product Owners to provide clarity and context for technical backlogs and development sprints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product managers to map dependencies and ensure a holistic customer journey.
  • Establish platform governance and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, capacity, and strategic value.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid working visa for Romania.
  • Fluent/professional English and Romanian (written and verbal) required.
  • Extensive Product Management experience with enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Deep hands-on ServiceNow expertise (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD).
  • Experience in Managed Services environments supporting global organizations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in business, technology, ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSPO, POPM), or ITIL.
