What you will do

• Translate business requirements into detailed data models, scheme designs, and comprehensive data architectures.
• Manage the full IT data lifecycle, including acquisition, transformation, classification, storage, security, and archiving.
• Design centralized and distributed systems that address user requirements while performing efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct solution assurance assessments to ensure the viability of proposed data architectures.
• Collaborate with customers to design bespoke solutions based on their unique business problems and constraints.
• Utilize diverse technologies including relational, hierarchical, and object-oriented databases, file systems, and BI tools.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data management best practices.
• Ability to architect, design, and implement infrastructure and platforms from a data and storage perspective.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C, C++, and Java.
• Must be based in Dallas, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Security, or a related field.
