What you will do

• Manage day-to-day legal administration, including matter tracking, approvals monitoring, and status reporting.
• Coordinate contract execution processes and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Support legal invoice processing, external counsel billing, matter coding, and associated reporting.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, approval frameworks, and record-keeping requirements.
• Maintain legal templates, document repositories, and version control processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows, operational efficiency, and process consistency.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience coordinating billing, invoicing, or financial administration processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
• Must be based in or be able to work in London, UK.
