Focus on designing compliant solutions, managing regulatory expectations, and engaging with local regulators.

Location: London or Remote within the UK

What you will do

  • Advise on compliance and legal issues for new and existing financial features
  • Draft customer-facing legal documents for financial products
  • Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to design compliant solutions under consumer credit legislation and PSD II
  • Support expansion of product offerings while managing regulatory requirements and applications
  • Engage proactively with local regulators

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK or able to work remotely within the UK
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong academic and law firm credentials
  • Experience advising on financial regulation, consumer credit legislation, PSD II, and banking regulations
  • Confidence in decision-making under ambiguity
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
