What you will do

• Lead the technical SEO strategy for transactional ecosystems, including hirify.globalup.com and global white-label networks.
• Analyze, define, and optimize global information architecture to maximize search visibility.
• Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and emerging LLM/GEO platforms.
• Establish and monitor success KPIs using large-scale log analysis with tools like ELK, BigQuery, or Splunk.
• Partner with Data, Product, and Systems teams to execute a rigorous technical roadmap and experimentation cycle.
• Audit engineering developments to prevent visibility losses across search ecosystems.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a technical SEO for high-traffic ecommerce or similar websites.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions and automate workflows.
• Proficiency in HTML, JS, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors and LLM-powered search (RAG, citations).
• Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Python and Google Apps Script.
• Knowledge of SQL for data exploitation.
• Experience with workflow automation.
• Prior experience managing teams.
