What you will do

  • Build and ship MVPs of growth experiments using no-code/low-code tools like Bubble, Zapier, and Lovable.
  • Launch AI-powered workflows and agents to improve speed, personalization, and targeting across marketing channels.
  • Automate repetitive marketing workflows, including campaign QA, performance reporting, and lead enrichment.
  • Develop growth infrastructure leveraging APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to scale smarter.
  • Collaborate with design, Product, and Data teams to test and refine growth levers.
  • Act as an internal multiplier by sharing tool playbooks and agents with GTM teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Barcelona area, Spain (Hybrid)
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience.
  • Proven experience with AI, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • Fluency in technical tools such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, LangChain, or Vercel.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
