What you will do

  • Coordinate the systematic turnover of completed construction systems and areas to commissioning, qualification, and operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive turnover packages, including drawings, equipment manuals, and test certificates.
  • Manage turnover schedules and facilitate pre-turnover inspections and punch list resolution.
  • Verify that all turnover documentation meets GMP requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Manage turnover database systems to track system completion status and handover milestones.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and third-party inspectors for facility acceptance and compliance verification.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction turnover, commissioning coordination, or project closeout, preferably within pharma or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of validation requirements, documentation standards, and GMP compliance.
  • Experience with turnover management systems and document control processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • English: Proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Geel, Belgium.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or French languages.
