Focus on high-volume cold-calling, consulting with law firms, and generating qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain)

What you will do

  • Perform outbound telephone prospecting (65-100 calls per day) to qualify key leads.
  • Collaborate directly with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Create awareness and set up product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Analyze assigned territories and segments to develop unique lead generation solutions.
  • Consult prospects on practice areas and demonstrate hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain daily KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, specifically including cold-calling.
  • Spanish speaking with a good level of English (B2).
  • Knowledge of and passion for cloud-based technology products.
  • Competitive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Interest in utilizing AI to improve professional craft.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience and training at a leading tech/IT company.
  • Prior experience working at a SaaS company.
