What you will do

• Design and build backend services using TypeScript and NestJS, integrating AI into product workflows.
• Develop scalable, production-grade systems using Prisma and AWS.
• Incorporate AI tooling and prompt engineering into development workflows.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards for AI adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment to shape the AI strategy.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and NestJS in production.
• Solid experience with Prisma and cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent).
• Practical experience building AI-powered features and integrating prompts.
• Ability to think architecturally and proactively propose solutions.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Strong communication skills for a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience helping organizations adopt AI-assisted or spec-driven development.
• Familiarity with emerging AI frameworks and orchestration patterns.
• Experience in early-stage or exploratory technical initiatives.
