What you will do

• Own backend domain modules, API design, and data models for a custom WMS platform.
• Contribute to the React frontend to unblock team members and ship features independently.
• Design and implement robust REST APIs with OpenAPI contract management.
• Manage asynchronous data flows and background job processing using tools like BullMQ.
• Collaborate with a small, all-senior team to drive high-ownership technical projects.
• Utilize AI coding assistants daily to accelerate full-stack development workflows.

Requirements

• Must be located in Latin America
• 7+ years of software development experience with a strong backend focus.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), and React.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS cloud services.
• Advanced English proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience with WMS platforms or ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment domains.
