What you will do
- Design and conduct experiments for synthetic data generation and privacy-enhancing technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production-ready cloud-native systems.
- Develop and deploy AI agents, RAG pipelines, and vector databases for industry applications.
- Translate academic research into practical, deployable proof-of-concepts for government agencies.
- Diagnose model behavior, training failures, and performance issues to optimize reliability.
- Work across the product lifecycle from data curation to operationalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Working knowledge of backend development (FastAPI/Flask) and cloud environments (AWS).
- Ability to synthesize and evaluate academic research papers and technical literature.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in 3D modeling or CAD software (Blender, Revit) and libraries (OpenGL, Three.js).
- Familiarity with frontend integration workflows using React or Next.js.
- Experience with advanced privacy solutions like Homomorphic Encryption or Federated Learning.
