What you will do

• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to Ethylene customers across the MEA region.
• Monitor and analyze catalyst performance to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot catalyst-related problems.
• Lead catalyst loading, start-up, and performance evaluation activities.
• Prepare and present technical reports and performance summaries to customers.
• Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to develop tailored solutions and identify business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations or catalyst technical service in a chemical plant.
• Must be a GCC Citizen.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
• In-depth knowledge of catalyst technology and syngas applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
