Salary: $168,000 – $210,000 USD (Base salary for IL-based positions).

What you will do

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and finance executives to drive product adoption.
• Co-create Value Achievement & Success Plans to align solutions with client financial objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, executive business reviews, and utilization tracking.
• Address customer inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to drive additional value.
• Act as an internal advocate by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to relay feedback.
• Establish regular touchpoints to ensure customers remain engaged and informed on product direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise software sales.
• Deep understanding of corporate treasury operations, including cash management, FX, and liquidity management.
• Proven ability to interact with C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Direct experience in treasury or finance roles.
• Experience with digital assets, blockchain-based payments, or emerging fintech infrastructure.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
