What you will do

• Lead a team of IC Design Engineers in the development of Motion Control Sensor ASICs.
• Oversee technical architecture, design development, and full-lifecycle project execution.
• Manage all ASIC deliverables from initial design through to tape-out.
• Support customer trials, resolve field issues, and ensure product sustainability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Optics, Magnetic, Mechanical, and Manufacturing engineers.

Requirements

• PhD, Masters, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of technical management experience.
• Deep expertise in ASIC process flow for Analog, Digital, and Layout Design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
• Experience in foundry fabrication processes and Electrical Wafer Sort.
