What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venues, vendors, and run-of-show.
• Ideate creative ways to represent the brand at conferences, festivals, and community events.
• Source local and regional press opportunities to amplify the company mission.
• Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, from lawmakers to local community members.
• Capture event content to showcase the company's impact on social and digital channels.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in El Segundo, CA.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple moving parts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language.
• Comfortable with significant domestic travel (approx. 25% of the time).
• Curiosity about frontier technology, science, and climate solutions.
