What you will do
- Lead all aspects of live-action and broadcast video and photo production, including stakeholder management and vendor negotiations.
- Oversee post-production processes, including editing, motion graphics, VFX, color grading, and sound design.
- Recommend artists for collaboration and provide a strong creative point-of-view for new content solutions.
- Manage overlapping production schedules and budgets while ensuring high-quality asset delivery.
- Apply usage and licensing knowledge to ensure compliance across all creative campaigns.
- Travel as necessary for live-action shoots and in-person editing sessions.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in broadcast and video production, preferably in-house or at an agency.
- Proven track record producing broadcast commercials and performance-driven video campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of production workflows, including studio line production and post-production.
- Strong understanding of visual effects, animation, and sound design.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage freelance crews and outside vendors.
- Must be based in the US and willing to travel for shoots as required.
