What you will do

• Lead all aspects of live-action and broadcast video and photo production, including stakeholder management and vendor negotiations.
• Oversee post-production processes, including editing, motion graphics, VFX, color grading, and sound design.
• Recommend artists for collaboration and provide a strong creative point-of-view for new content solutions.
• Manage overlapping production schedules and budgets while ensuring high-quality asset delivery.
• Apply usage and licensing knowledge to ensure compliance across all creative campaigns.
• Travel as necessary for live-action shoots and in-person editing sessions.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in broadcast and video production, preferably in-house or at an agency.
• Proven track record producing broadcast commercials and performance-driven video campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of production workflows, including studio line production and post-production.
• Strong understanding of visual effects, animation, and sound design.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage freelance crews and outside vendors.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel for shoots as required.
