What you will do

• Support the Paris-based team in managing relationships with independent labels globally.
• Coordinate artist marketing campaigns, including asset collection and strategy deck creation.
• Prepare performance reports covering CRM, editorial, and social engagement metrics.
• Manage weekly priority releases and provide actionable summaries to internal teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of release assets and profile updates.
• Assist in the production of artist-focused events such as hirify.global Sessions and concerts.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• Strong understanding of the music industry and current social trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in the Paris office.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday or Jira.
• Previous experience in the music industry.
