What you will do

• Identify and recruit diverse creators across French platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaign management, including fee negotiation, contracting, and reporting.
• Own product seeding and gifting programs to ensure strategic brand placement.
• Develop and execute content calendars, publishing high-volume engaging content for owned channels.
• Manage French social media handles, engaging with the community to drive meaningful conversations.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-led recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing within the French consumer or lifestyle market.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including legal contracts and budgets.
• Native French speaker with strong English communication skills for international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and social media trends.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously.
