What you will do

• Develop and revise technical artifacts including SOPs, process guides, and training plans in accordance with SELC processes.
• Conduct research and interview SMEs to document C5ISC processes and technical manuals.
• Manage and update Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) and Equipment Support Sheets (ESS).
• Apply STINFO markings to ensure compliance with national security and agency liability standards.
• Generate and maintain documentation pages within SharePoint for metrics and process dissemination.
• Produce high-quality hardware and software documentation, including installation and maintenance instructions.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Associate degree in technical writing and 2 years of experience, OR completion of DoD/USCG technical school and 4 years of experience.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Excel and general Office applications.
• Strong organizational, time management, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex government requirements to technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills for regular interaction with personnel and SMEs.
