What you will do

  • Lead requirements discovery and design scalable ServiceNow and integrated technology solutions.
  • Translate business processes into detailed technical designs aligned with project goals.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor on platform capabilities, customization, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and oversee integrations and automation workflows.
  • Define and enforce security and compliance requirements for all technical deliverables.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the practice.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required for this federal contract position.
  • Active Public Trust Clearance (any agency) is required; must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
  • Must reside in and perform work from the United States.
  • 12+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and Certified in CIS - Customer Service Management.
