Salary: $140,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Design and build scalable tools and workflows to optimize auction performance, including bid rates, pacing, and decisioning logic.
• Drive product solutions to improve stability and scalability for live event monetization in high-concurrency CTV environments.
• Define product-driven approaches to deal strategy, configuration standards, and platform optimization.
• Identify systemic partner performance issues and implement long-term, productized solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Ad Ops, and Sales to align product functionality with business outcomes and GTM strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of product management experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or data-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including digital ad serving, measurement, and privacy controls.
• Experience with identity signals, privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR), and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to diagnose performance gaps and drive root-cause resolution in production environments.
• Experience operating in high-scalability, high-concurrency environments like CTV or live events.
• Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
