Salary: $31.60 – $40.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide technical and data support for hirify.global products via phone and email to customers and sales representatives.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring satisfactory outcomes and professionalism.
  • Perform accurate data entry of claims into the Oracle tracking system and complete customer call reports.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as required by the role.
  • Maintain the department knowledge base and develop best practices to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage an active backlog of cases while staying current with system and technology updates.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree/certification in Computer Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical support data experience working directly with customers.
  • Experience installing and upgrading software applications and basic networking understanding.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Server environments.
  • Foundational knowledge and basic understanding of SQL.
  • Experience with Wireless Technology, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Configuration, and Certificates.

Nice to have

  • Experience with remote access tools such as LogMeIn or WebEx.
