What you will do

• Prioritize quick response times and consistent delivery on SLAs to ensure high user satisfaction.
• Manage and troubleshoot integration errors, downtime events, and complex data issues.
• Maintain detailed system documentation, including interface specifications and data flow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between Customer Operations and Engineering to escalate issues and identify product improvements.
• Proactively monitor integration health to detect and resolve issues before they impact clients.
• Participate in on-call rotation for weekends, holidays, and maintenance events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of experience in technical EHR healthcare integration roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: database extracts, HL7v2 interfaces, or FHIR.
• Demonstrated experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, including multi-table joins and data validation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work an 11am to 8pm ET shift, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Certification in integration engines like Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, or Epic Bridges.
• Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management (RCM) and clinical charge capture workflows.
• Technical proficiency with Cerner CCL or Epic systems.
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
