What you will do

• Deliver IRT solutions for randomization and drug supply management within cross-functional project teams.
• Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols and accurately document all specifications.
• Manage project schedules, scope, and task assignments for the internal project team.
• Develop UAT plans and test scripts, coordinate data setup, and provide support during client UAT.
• Conduct system training for end-users and provide global telephone and email support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences or Computer Science preferred).
