What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Platform & Agentic Integrations, including public APIs, webhooks, and MCP capabilities.
• Define platform primitives that allow developers and customers to hook into events and manage AI Agents programmatically.
• Lead the development of custom connectors and actions, enabling AI Agents to integrate with external APIs.
• Build management experiences for connector discovery, connection management, and observability.
• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship scalable and secure platform capabilities.
• Coordinate launches and drive platform quality through reliability and security definitions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, developer products, APIs, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration architecture.
• Experience scaling platform products that enable internal or external extension of core capabilities.
• Ability to navigate both strategic and deeply technical problem spaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada.
