Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year (including equity)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products.
  • Lead executive business reviews with C-level and senior stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps.
  • Identify performance gaps using platform data and design initiatives to move key business metrics.
  • Translate partner business needs into scalable product capabilities by collaborating with internal product and engineering teams.
  • Onboard new partners onto the Commerce platform and monitor health metrics to proactively resolve risks.
  • Codify best practices, playbooks, and frameworks to be scaled across the global partner network.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success within technology, travel, or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior and C-level leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear strategy and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence for high-stakes conversations.
  • Must be based in the USA.

  • Direct experience in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.
