What you will do
- Consult with customers to determine their needs and recommend the best pricing plans and products.
- Meet and exceed performance and sales goals through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer service inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on products, service plans, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Process and reconcile cash transactions and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kodiak, AK
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of six months of general work experience.
- English: Excellent command of the English language required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Access).
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel between retail locations.

- Previous experience in customer service and sales.
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Relevant telecom industry or job-specific certifications.
