What you will do

  • Consult with customers to determine their needs and recommend the best pricing plans and products.
  • Meet and exceed performance and sales goals through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay updated on hirify.global products, service plans, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Process and reconcile cash transactions and maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kodiak, AK
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of six months of general work experience.
  • English: Excellent command of the English language required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Access).
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel between retail locations.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Telecommunications industry experience.
  • Relevant telecom industry or job-specific certifications.
