What you will do

• Partner across the PWM Business and global network to respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Perform client payment due diligence to safeguard funds from external fraud risks.
• Execute security transfers for PWM clients across various markets and manage custody structures.
• Reconcile incoming client cash and support the bank's Treasury function via Agent Banks.
• Participate in global projects to drive the strategy of PWM Operations functions.
• Review operational processes to mitigate risk and strengthen the control environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial services operations.
• Experience in Treasury functions, Asset Transfers, and/or Custody related services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
