What you will do
- Design and iterate on ramp programs to accelerate new BDR productivity beyond onboarding.
- Develop ongoing enablement training on messaging, prospecting methodologies, and GTM motion.
- Build structured career progression frameworks and readiness criteria for transitions into Account Executive roles.
- Partner with BDR leadership and the GTM Enablement team to align priorities with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve onboarding content using Seismic Learning and live workshop formats.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement, specifically with BDR/SDR teams.
- Proven track record of designing enablement programs with measurable impact on productivity and ramp time.
- Strong understanding of the full sales development motion and BDR-to-AE progression.
- Proficiency with GTM tech stacks, particularly Outreach.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for content iteration and productivity gains.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK
Nice to have
- Experience with enablement platforms such as Seismic or similar LMS/CMS tools.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
- Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS or MarTech company.
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
