Product Analyst (UI/UX)

Location: Office based in Prague; Must be permanently present in the Czech Republic

What you will do

• Validate UI concepts, workflows, and interaction patterns based on modern Web UI best practices.
• Review and challenge UI designs to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and quality.
• Collaborate on REST API definitions to support UI-driven use cases and assess usability.
• Coordinate release activities across R&D teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define scope for WebUI features and maintain detailed PRDs in Confluence.
• Transform product data into KPIs and dashboards to drive prioritization and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product analysis, product ownership, or technical product roles.
• Strong competency in REST APIs, including the ability to review endpoints and translate UI workflows into requirements.
• Deep understanding of modern Web UI concepts and how enterprise users interact with complex products.
• Strong sense of design quality with a focus on clean and consistent UI/UX.
• Experience with data presentation, including monitoring trends and KPIs.
• Must be permanently based in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Ability to build and use a virtualization lab (e.g., VMware) for independent investigation.
• Background in backup, data protection, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with WebUI-driven SaaS products and continuous delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
