What you will do

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured product requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Manage web-based products and content structures using WordPress CMS.
• Define and track product KPIs to ensure successful delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are traceable and understood.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows through automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product analysis or business analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
• Understanding of web-based products and user flows.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to support analysis or documentation tasks.
• Exposure to product metrics and performance tracking.
• Previous experience working in pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments.
