Product Analyst (UI/UX)

What you will do

• Validate UI concepts, workflows, and interaction patterns using modern Web UI best practices for usability and accessibility.
• Review and challenge UI designs with Product Managers to ensure they meet enterprise expectations and hirify.global standards.
• Collaborate on REST API definitions to support UI-driven use cases and assess API usability.
• Coordinate release activities across R&D teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Maintain detailed requirements and analysis documentation (PRDs) in Confluence.
• Analyze product data and KPIs to provide clear insights for prioritization and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product analysis, product ownership, or business analysis working with R&D on software products.
• Strong REST API competency, including the ability to review endpoints and translate UI workflows into API requirements.
• Hands-on understanding of modern Web UI concepts and how enterprise users interact with complex products.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Must be permanently present in Poland.

Nice to have

• Ability to build and use a virtualization lab (e.g., VMware) for independent investigation.
• Experience with backup, data protection, or enterprise infrastructure products.
• Experience building WebUI-driven SaaS products with an understanding of continuous delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
